It is very common to experience blocks or difficulties in changing one's behavior , managing one's emotions , or achieving one's dreams and goals . These difficulties are linked to limiting beliefs at the subconscious level.
What is a belief at the level of the subconscious mind?
A belief is understood here as a deep conviction , a self-perception that acts as a truth. A belief at the subconscious level can be supportive (helpful) or limiting (blocking).


Does everyone have limiting beliefs?
Yes, developing beliefs allows us to integrate into a family and a society, to adopt the rules and codes of an environment . Sometimes these beliefs are helpful. Sometimes they greatly limit our potential for success.
When they are anchored at the subconscious level, these beliefs act as a program, a way of thinking and perceiving the world through a filter that reinforces our initial belief .

Why is changing one's beliefs so important?

Epigenetic science , and in particular Dr. Bruce Lipton, explains in his famous book *The Biology of Belief* that we are not victims of our genetics ; what is important is gene expression, and gene expression is influenced by belief. Thus, by transforming our beliefs , we have the power to transform our biology .
The PSYCH-K® process transforms the perception of stress associated with difficult or traumatic events, allowing emotions to be released and more peace, joy and serenity to be welcomed into our daily lives, even if we have experienced serious trauma in the past.
Furthermore, we tend to complain about a society in which "we don't belong," "we don't feel like we belong." Why not change our own limiting beliefs and thus create a new, more positive and caring society? If everyone evolves, mindsets will change, and society will evolve.
How to change your limiting beliefs?

The subconscious mind is 11 million times more powerful than the conscious mind . This is why it is very difficult to change one's beliefs through positive affirmations or simply becoming aware of a particular blockage. However, there is a simple, quick, and effective method that allows you to transform these limiting beliefs: the PSYCH-K® method created by Robert M. Williams.
The PSYCH-K® process allows for the transformation of limiting beliefs at the subconscious level . It also allows for the transformation of the perception of stress associated with difficult or traumatic events, thereby releasing intense emotions such as sadness, anger, or anxiety .


What exactly happens during a session?
The session begins with a verbal exchange allowing the detection of limiting beliefs, then we perform a muscle test (kinesiology) to check their degrees of influence at the level of the subconscious mind, we ask for permission to proceed with the transformation, we transform the perception of stress associated with difficult or traumatic events.

Next, through the PSYCH- K® process, we create what is called a "unified" brain state, where the right and left hemispheres of the brain communicate harmoniously, allowing for the integration of new, supportive beliefs . Finally, we make the decision to implement new, conscious actions aligned with these beliefs in order to experience these changes concretely in our lives.
You don't need to understand the entire process to experience it . It's a very simple, quick, and effective process that adapts to your needs, abilities, and desires for change.
